File Based User Provisioning

Organizations can now provision users into Fixiam using file based transfers.

This provides an alternative provisioning method for organizations that need to transfer user information from existing systems without a direct application integration.

Administrators can:

  • Configure the file transfer
  • Map incoming attributes to Fixiam user fields
  • Configure processing options
  • Review the configuration
  • Activate the provisioning flow

Biometric Re-Enrollment Approval

Biometric re enrollment now supports an approval workflow.

When a user who has already enrolled a biometric attempts to re enroll, the request can be routed through the configured approval process before the biometric enrollment is updated.

This gives administrators greater control over biometric changes and provides an additional layer of governance around identity verification.

Improvements

User Experience Improvements

This release also includes a number of UX improvements across the platform to make key workflows clearer, more consistent, and easier to complete.

These improvements include refinements to:

  • User flows
  • Configuration experiences
  • Overall interaction patterns
