Seamfix Limited ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us") is the sole owner of the domain https://www.seamfix.com and its associated software/application, including this Identity & Access Management (IAM) solution (https://www.fixiam.com). This policy has been established for users of the Fixiam solution (“user(s)”, “you”, “your”, “yourself”, or “customer”) since your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about the information that we collect and process.
Seamfix is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users in line with global privacy and data protection best practices. We never sell your Personal Information and we carry out Processing of your personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK General Data Protection Regulation, Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act (DPPA) 2019, U.A.E Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) 2021, Kenya Data Protection Act (KDPA) 2019, South Africa Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 2013 (effective 2021), Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA) 2023, and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) 2023.
This policy covers the personal information/personal data that is collected directly from you by Fixiam or information that is shared with us by our customers (your employer) as you sign up to use our service or interact with the IAM solution (the Service).
Subject to your “unconditionally” accepting this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, as well as other relevant and applicable rules set forth within Fixiam, Seamfix shall provide you access to the solution, availing you of its services.
2. What is Personal Information?
With regard to this policy, “personal information” or "personal data" is defined as:
- Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”), including identifiers such as name, ID number, location data, online identifiers, or factors related to physical, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
- Any data uploaded, displayed, linked, saved, shared, communicated, updated, or transmitted through the Service, including biodata, activity logs, portrait, and fingerprint.
Seamfix enables users to have control over their personal information and provides mechanisms that allow access, retrieval, and rectification of personal data.

We collect information provided by your employer or information you provide when signing up for the Service. We may also collect other types of data to provide and improve our IAM services.
We collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- House address
- Gender
- Biometric details
- Employment details
- Authentication credentials (passwords, MFA details)
- Usage data (actions performed, logs, timestamps)
- Device information
- IP address
All information collected is used to operate, deliver, improve, and customize the Service. Some personal data may be used to improve the accuracy and functionality of AI-driven features, and we may retain certain data for possible future services offered directly to onboarded users.
Information from Third-Party Sources
- Integration with employers’ corporate directories (e.g., Active Directory)
- Federated login details from authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate users and manage access

We do not share, sell, or rent out personal data to any vendor, subsidiary, or affiliate.

Our processing is based on:

- End-to-end encryption for sensitive data, including biometrics
- Role-based access controls (RBAC)
- Multi-factor authentication
- AI-driven monitoring for threat detection
- Regular audits, updates, and compliance assessments
7. Data Retention and Storage
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose.
- Portrait images are retained for three (3) months.
- Biometric data is encrypted and deleted once no longer required.
- Access credentials and analytics data are periodically reviewed and purged.
Upon termination of engagement with a client, strict data deletion protocols apply.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers), who operate under strict data protection agreements.
We may disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.
With explicit user consent, data may be used for additional services or future offerings.
